What we receive
The form saves your name, company, email, destination, fabric choice, project details and any files or artwork link you provide. These are used to review the enquiry.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and artwork are stored on our website server. Access is restricted to authenticated administrators. Email replies from this website are currently unavailable.
Artwork ownership
You retain your artwork rights. Share only files you own or are authorised to provide. Avoid including unrelated personal or confidential information.
Access and deletion
To request access or deletion, contact huming1420@gmail.com. Enquiry records are retained for 365 days unless an agreed order or applicable requirement calls for longer retention.
Cookies and external services
An essential two-hour session cookie protects submissions. A language cookie remembers your choice for 30 days. Administrator sessions use a separate essential cookie. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. Artwork links are reviewed manually.
